- Place an order using our website by selecting specific items/color/size. Add items to your shopping cart, then proceed Checkout. You can place an order as an unregistered "Guest" to Americaware, or you can create an Account that can be accessed later to review your history and track order status. If you have a promotional code, enter it when you are placing your order. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
Americaware utilizes Paypal Pro to process your payment. You can fund your purchase using your paypal account credits, or a credit card. If you find that a mistake was made after submitting your order and that a change must be made, please contact email customer service as soon as you are able. Changes to an order are not guaranteed due to our auto-approval process and expedited processing.If you created an account at Americaware.net, you can log in at any time to view the status of your order. - Domestic Shipping Policies
- * Note - For the Holidays - we have expanded our range of options to best accommodate customer needs. See our Home page for a list of Domestic shipping options.
- All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use US Postal Service (USPS) as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via UPS. If the address is a post office box, a carrier other than UPS may initially transport the package; however, it will be delivered by USPS to your post office box. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery. We ship from the state of Oregon.
Important Note: We do not BACK ORDER. If, for any reason, an item ordered is out of stock at the actual time your order is processed your order will be canceled, and you will be notified. - All our international orders are shipped USPS via customer selected: USPS 1st Class International, Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Rates are based on delivery service, weight and destination.
- 1st Class International- USPS does not quote delivery time, and deliveries vary by country. That said: common delivery estimates run between two weeks and 30 days. While an ID # is issued to, shipments are not trackable, and responsibility for delivery transfers to the local carrier upon receipt from USPS.
- Priority Mail International - Delivery is 6 - 10 business days after parcel is received by USPS. While an ID # is issued to, shipments are not trackable, and responsibility for delivery transfers to the local carrier upon receipt from USPS.
- Express Mail International - Delivery is 3 to 5 business days after parcel is received by USPS. Tracking information is available. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the local carrier upon receipt from USPS.
- All sales transactions are in US Dollars. Americaware is not responsible for customs and duty charges which are determined by your local customs ofice. The customer is responsible for any and all taxes and customs charges. Americaware cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark international orders as a " gift " in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

- All shipments include an address label to facilitate returning items to Americaware. You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt for a full refund ( including your original freight costs ) so long as the items are in the original condition.
- * Note: International freight reimbursement will always be based on First Class International rates.
- You are responsible for freight cost to return your item(s) unless Americaware is responsible for shipping you an incorrect item, or your item is defective.
- If your merchandise has a defect upon delivery we will attempt to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within Three (3) days upon receipt. Americaware is responsible for all freight costs associated with replacing a defective item.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Americaware will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 3 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
Holiday Return Policy- For the holiday season, there will be an extended return period. Orders placed on or after Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve will be eligible for return for an exchange or store credit until January 15th.

- Mens T-Shirt Sizing. Our shirts are standard US sizing tee shirts, of 100 percent cotton. Allow for shrinkage from these actual, before washing sizes.
